The Metropolitan lofts are in a great location.
There is a new Caribou Coffee across the street
and a very nice tanning salon as well. Very
easy access to 35W as well as the five corners
area. Noodle and Chipotle are nearby as well
as a Grandma's. The Mississippi River is just
one block down, so there is easy access to
the new Mills Park and miles of running and
walking trails along the Mississippi.
These units are large and they are faux
lofts. Each unit is two stories. Many have
rooftop decks. Views should be pretty good
of the city. The lower levels are office and
mixed use, outside of a couple of office tenants.
The 2.5 acre site, which was purchased from
the City of Minneapolis, is part of the rapidly
changing historic Mills District. This area
is characterized by a unique integration of
the arts and business and residential communities.
The site is within two blocks of the Mississippi
River, the Stone Arch Bridge, Nicollet Island,
the new Guthrie Theater site, and the soon-to-open
Mill City Museum.
