The goals of this innovative small project
were to deliver high-end Lander Group design
in a few affordable homes that take advantage
of the amenities of the flourishing Seward
neighborhood. This development consists of
five two-story townhouses and two lofts surrounding
a modest central courtyard.
The five townhouses all feature light on three
sides and big windows to take advantage of
it. All have private outdoor patios and front
stoops that address on 21st Avenue. Some owners
opted to finish the full basements. One townhouse
has an attached garage; the others have direct
private garage connections.
The two lofts have great views of the downtown
skyline through oversized windows, and daylight
from all four walls. Two levels, open floor
plans and tall ceilings - 16 feet in the main
living area - afford plenty of space.
